FAW decision

A pyramid review by the FAW started in 2014 and included the standardising of ground criteria and rules which were introduced to tier two from season 2018/19

It also included the whole league structure within the pyramid

A proposal to amend the pyramid wsas presented to the FAW Council in October 2017, the proposal was passed and the new structure will initially start with tier two coming under the FAW

The proposal also inclued the introduction of four tier three leagues, two in the North and two in the South. All other football will be classed as are assosciation leagues under the control of the Areas Associations
